When a user fails to Check-in, a manager will receive an escalation notification by sms and email. A link to the activity is embedded for easy access.

Approve or Deny Risk Assessments

A manager will receive a notification by SMS and email if a risk assessment needs to be reviewed.

When a user initiates an incident, a monitor will receive the alert
by SMS and email.

Self-Managed Activities

Select an Activity

Users select their primary Activity that being either a Journey plan, a Lone Worker, Working On-Site or Working From Home, followed by their starting location.

Add Checkpoints to a Journey

If the primary Activity is a Journey plan and requires a fatigue rest break, Users can include unlimited Checkpoints.

Add a Check-In time interval 

Workers that have selected a primary Activity that is either a Lone Worker, Working On-Site or Working From Home, a single location can include multiple Check-Ins with flexible time intervals.

Complete a Travel Risk Assessment

If a digital Risk Assessment is required, the User must answer the prescribed questions, this is followed by either an automatic approval or a review workflow.

Respond to Automated Reminders

Users receive both an email and SMS to remind them to Check-In. To Check-In safely is either a reply to the reminder SMS or online.

Incident Alerts

When a User is on an Activity and logs an incident, alerts will be triggered that will immediately generate an SMS and email to multiple emergency contacts.

Monitoring Activities

Automated Emergency Alert for Missed Check-In

When a User fails to Check-In, a Manager will receive an Escalation notification by SMS and email. A link to the Activity is embedded for easy access.

Approve or Deny Risk Assessments

A Manager will receive a notification by SMS and email if a Risk Assessment needs to be reviewed. If approved or denied, the response is communicated back to the User via SMS and email.

When a User triggers an Incident, an emergency contact or multiple contacts will immediately receive the alert by SMS and email.
