Our Product Development team are the shining stars behind the software, the JESI brand and our customer solutions team. Not only are they the ones that bring new features to life, they are also the ones that are constantly reviewing and ensuring the reliability of the JESI Software. This often means that a lot of the development that is undertaken is not recognised by end users, but is demonstrated by users having complete confidence in the systems unwavering reliability. With any new feature releases, there are minor technical glitches, but our team are always quick to rectify and immediately look at process improvement strategies that ensure business continuity. A lot of development work this year has also included automated tests and monitoring solutions, that if there is a break they are across it well before our clients are. This work throughout 2017, has JESI well prepared and positioned for the scale that we are anticipating in 2018.
